MIS renews, amends Shariah-compliant credit facility worth SAR 149.8 mln with SAIB

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced today, April 27 that it renewed and amended a Shariah-compliant credit facility with Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The SAR 149.8 million facility, which is secured by a promissory note, has a duration until April 30, 2023.

 

The loan will be used to finance new projects and issue letters of credit and guarantee.

 

The deal does not have any related parties, the statement added.
