Aseer Trading shareholders to vote on appointing new auditor on June 12

Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing Co. shareholders will vote on appointing a new auditor for Q2, Q3, Q4, FY 2022, and Q1 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on Sunday, June 12, the company announced in a bourse filling.

 

Shareholders will also vote on approving the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for FY 2021.

 

They will also vote on discharging the board members from liability for FY 2021.
