Dur shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2022

Shareholders of Dur Hospitality Co. approved, on May 17, authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The board was also delegated to determine the value and payment date of dividends, in accordance with the regulatory rules and procedures issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

They also approved financial statements, as well as the board and auditor reports for 2021.
