MESC shareholders elect board members, form audit committee

Shareholders of Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) elected board members for the next three-year term, starting July 2, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on May 19, according to a bourse statement.

 

Elected board members include Ali Abdulrazaq Alghamdi, Majed Ahmed Alsuwaigh, Mohamed Ali Alajmi, Mohammed Abdulaziz Alnamlah, Saad Amash Al-Shammari, Suliman Mohammed Al-Namlah, Yahiya Ibrahim Alqunaibit, Saad Saleh Al-Azwari and Musa Abdullah Alruwaili.

 

The shareholders also elected the audit committee for the same three-year term, defined its tasks, work, and remunerations.

 

Audit committee members include Saad Amash Al-Shammari, Suliman Mohammed Al-Namlah, and Saad Saleh Al-Azwari.

 

The shareholders will also approved on MESC’s financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s reports for 2021.
