Jadwa REIT Al Haramain signs management contract with Emaar Al Diyafa for Makkah hotel

Jadwa Investment Co., in its capacity as the manager of Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund, announced signing a management and operation contract with Emaar Al Diyafa Hotels Co.

Under the contract, Emaar Al Diyafa will manage and operate Tharawat Al Taqwa Hotel in Makkah. It will also assume the responsibilities of marketing, maintenance, and supervision of the hotel, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

The deal is expected to have a positive impact on the fund.

Jadwa Investment indicated that this partnership with Emaar Al Diyafa arises from its specialization and track record in providing management, operation, leasing, marketing, maintenance and supervision services for hospitality, residential and commercial assets in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the operation and management of hotels in Makkah.
