AlAhli REIT Fund (1) board approves non-fundamental change in terms: SNB Cap

AlAhli REIT Fund’s (1) board of directors approved a non-fundamental change in the terms and conditions, which will come into effect on June 23.

 

The fund will be a special purpose entity and will have a legal entity, SNB Capital, the fund manager, said in a statement to Tadawul.
