Allianz SF shareholders approve 2021 financials, audit report

Shareholders of Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. approved audited financial statements for 2021 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 22, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

They also ratified the board and auditor’s reports for 2021, and discharged board members from liability for 2021.

 

In addition, shareholders appointed an auditor from among nominees to review Q2, Q3 and Q4 2022, as well as Q1 2023.

 

Meanwhile, they approved other agenda items including the business contracts that will be concluded with related parties and appointed Patrick Thiels as a non-executive member of the board of directors starting from Jan. 9, 2022, until the end of the current term on Aug. 7, 2022.
