Equipment House shareholders to start e-voting on EGM agenda today

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co.’s (Equipment House) shareholders start today, June 26, the electronic voting (e-voting) on the agenda items of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on June 29, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to pay a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for 2021, Argaam reported.

 

The e-voting on the agenda items will be via Tadawulaty services.
