SARCO Managing Director Muqeid Al-Otaibi resigns

Saudi Arabian Refineries Co. (SARCO) announced, in a bourse statement, that its board of directors accepted, on June 30, the resignation of Managing Director Muqeid Al-Otaibi, effective from July 1.

 

The resignation was due to not adopting some powers and not interacting in some issues to facilitate the company's business.

 

The board will appoint managing director or CEO later, the statement added.
