SAIC shareholders to authorize board to pay 2022 interim dividend on Aug. 1

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to pay an interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for Aug. 1, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also discuss the formation of the new audit committee for the upcoming three-year term, starting Aug. 1, 2022. 

 

The audit committee candidates are Abdullah Al-Humaidi, Ammar Qadi and Faisal Al-Subaie.


Shareholders will further vote on the board’s decision to appoint Youssef Al-Qafari as an independent board member, starting June 12, 2022, until the end of the current term on May 30, 2025, the statement added.
