The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF) announced that Mohamed Al Aloyaidi, audit committee Chairman, who is also an independent external board member, submitted his resignation on July 5, due to other work commitment.
In a bourse statement, the insurer said the board of directors accepted the resignation on July 5, which was effective from the same date.
