Development Works Food submits rights issue application to CMA

Development Works Food Co. submitted today, July 25, a capital increase application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), according to a bourse filing.

 

The company will announce further developments in due course, the statement added.

 

In December 2021, the board of directors recommended a capital increase by SAR 216 million through a rights issue, according to data available with Argaam.
