Tihama shareholders approve FY 2021/22 financials, board report

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s shareholders approved audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting held on Sept. 21.

In a bourse statement, the company said shareholders discharged board members from liabilities for FY 2021/22. They also appointed an auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and FY 2022/23, as well as Q1 2023/24.
