Yaqeen Cap announces registration document for Sure Global Tech direct listing on Nomu

Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor on the initial public offering (IPO) of Sure Global Tech Co., announced the publication of the registration document for the direct listing on Nomu-Parallel Market, according to a bourse statement today, Sept. 26.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on June 30, the registration request received from the company for direct listing on Nomu-Parallel Market.
