MEPCO appoints Musaab Al-Muhaidib as Chairman, Abdullah Al-Moammar Vice Chairman

Middle East Paper Co.’s board of directors in a meeting held on Nov. 14 appointed Musaab Al-Muhaidib as Chairman and Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Moammar Vice Chairman.

 

According to a statement on Tadawul, the board also approved the formation of the nominations and remunerations committee, whose members include Omar Najjar, Nathalie Potvin, and Rob Jan Renders.

 

Board also ratified the formation of the strategic committee, and the risk, compliance & ESG committee.

 

The statement further added that a board secretary was also appointed, as well as the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
