Bupa Arabia awarded 1-year health insurance contract by SNB

Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co.

Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. was awarded on Dec. 18, a one-year contract by Saudi National Bank (SNB) to provide health insurance services to the bank’s staff and their families, as of Jan. 1, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The relevant financial impact will likely appear on Bupa Arabia's 2023 financial results, and the contract’s initial value will exceed 1% of annual gross written premiums (GWPs) for 2021.

 

Huda bin Ghoson is a related party, as she is an independent board member at both Bupa Arabia and SNB.
