Lazurde shareholders approve amending articles of association

Lazurde Company for Jewelry’s shareholders approved amending several articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 26, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

They decided to amend the company's bylaws related to the board's charter and standards of board membership, as well as nominations and remuneration.
