Rawasi Albina Investment Co.’s board of directors appointed, on Jan. 2, Abdulaziz Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Faqih, an independent board member, as an audit committee member, for the current term, ending Sept. 12, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The appointment will be effective as of the date of the board approval, the statement noted, adding that it is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
Al-Faqih has 30 years of experience in managing development in several companies. He was also the advisor to stc Chairman.
