Edaa deposits KnowledgeNet subscribed shares into shareholders accounts

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced the addition of subscribed shares of KnowledgeNet Co. today, March 16, into the center’s accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a statement.

The company announced earlier the successful completion of the offering, the book-building process and the IPO of 700,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of the total offering.

The coverage ratio stood at 141% at a price of SAR 40 per share, the price limit ceiling.
