Bena Steel to begin trading on Nomu on March 22

Bena Steel Industries Co. will start trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on March 22, with the symbol 9563 and ISIN Code SA15PGQ4LDH7, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

 

Tadawul added that the stock will trade with a daily price fluctuation limit of +/- 30% and +/- 10% static price fluctuation limits.

 

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced that it deposited today, March 20, the subscribed shares of Bena Steel into the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

The company offered 600,000 shares, or 12% of its capital, to the public on Nomu at SAR 52 apiece.
