Anaam says unable to disclose 2022 financials on time

Anaam International Holding Group Co. announced its inability to publish 2022 financial statements on the specified date, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The company indicated that the auditor needs more time to complete the audit according to its letter to the company today, March 30.

 

Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply to Anaam's shares, based on the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
