National Building’s board recommends no dividend for 2022

National Building and Marketing Co.’s board of directors recommended, on March 30, withholding dividend for 2022, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The reason for recommendation is to resume the construction and financing of the company’s existing and future projects in accordance with its strategy and to support the liquidity and financial position, the statement added.

It added that the proposal is pending the approval of the upcoming ordinary general meeting.
