Batic reappoints Chairman, Vice Chairman

Batic Investment and Logistics Co.’s board of directors reappointed Chairman Turki Al Rajhi and Vice Chairman Firas Al-Bawardi for the upcoming three-year term ending April 2, 2026, according to a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) today, April 5.
 

The board also reappointed Managing Director Mohamed Al Zamil for the coming three-year term. 
 

Moreover, it formed the nomination and remuneration committee and appointed representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
