APICO signs MoU with PAFT Middle East to provide innovative supply chain solutions

Arabian Plastic Industrial Co. (APICO) signed today, April 13, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with PAFT Middle East FZ-LLC to provide innovative supply chain solutions in Saudi Arabia, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Under the MoU, APICO will also produce plastic pallets in the Kingdom, as well as explore potential opportunities for plastic pallets supply.

 

The 12-month MoU may be renewed based on agreement from both parties, the statement said, noting that the deal does not involve related parties.

 

The relevant financial impact will be announced when the agreement is implemented.
