Public bus transport project kicks off in Dammam, Qatif

Launch of the public bus transport project

Prince Saud bin Nayef, Governor of the Eastern Province, inaugurated today, April 16, the public bus transport project in Dammam and Qatif.

 

The prince also launched several development projects in Dammam to raise the quality of life and facilitate traffic in the province.

 

He stressed the importance of the public bus transport project and its role in developing traffic and economy, in addition to the other projects that contribute to achieving Vision 2030 goals.

 

The five-year Dammam transport project, signed with Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) at a total value of SAR 149.6 million, serves a network of different lines in Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran and Qatif.
