Elm shareholders depute board to decide interim dividends for 2023

Elm Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 7.

They also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Elm distributed a cash dividend of SAR 5 per share for 2022, on a semi-annual basis.
