Saudi Catering delegates board to pay interim dividend for 2023

Saudi Airlines Catering Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividend on semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 8.

They also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda, including related-party transactions.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Saudi Catering distributed a 5% cash dividend for 2022, at SAR 0.5 per share, amounting to SAR 41 million.
