Aqaseem shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on June 18

Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co. invited its shareholders to vote on amending the company’s bylaws, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) slated for June 18, according to a Tadawul filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on amending bylaws including articles related to the company’s objectives, board power, board members remuneration and powers of the chairman, deputy chairman and managing director.

 

Meanwhile, they will vote on related party transactions, the statement added.
