Alujain reappoints Chairman, Vice Chairman

Alujain Corp.’s board of directors approved, on June 15, reappointing Mohammed Al-Khalil as Chairman and Abdulwahab Al-Betairi as Vice Chairman.  

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also approved the formation of subcommittees and the appointment a board secretary and the company’s representative to the Capital Market Authority and Saudi Tadawul Group.
