Sinad: Court upholds ruling in land lawsuit; broker to pay SAR 5.24 mln

Sinad Holding Co. stated that the Court of Appeal issued a ruling in favor of the company in its first session held today, June 18, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The court upheld the preliminary ruling obligating the broker to pay SAR 5.24 million to the company.

 

There is no financial impact on the company from this ruling, the statement said, adding that any relevant developments will be announced in due course.
