Al Razi Medical to make debut on Nomu on June 22

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced listing and trading shares of Al Razi Medical Co. on Nomu-Parallel Market on June 22, as a direct listing with the symbol 9572 and ISIN Code SA15R0E4LI18.

 

The stock will trade with +/- 30% daily price fluctuation limits and +/- 10% static price fluctuation limits.

 

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) announced today adding subscribed shares to accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

The company offered on June 4, a total of 304,000 shares, or 20% of capital, for subscription at SAR 28 per share. Qualified investors fully subscribed to offered shares.
