Obeikan Glass signs MoU with Al-Esra Aluminum to operate casting facility

Obeikan Glass manufacturing facility

Obeikan Glass Co. signed, on July 16, a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Al-Esra Aluminum Factory to own and operate an aluminum casting facility. 

 

The three-month MoU is renewable, the glass manufacturer said in a statement to Tadawul, adding the cooperation aims at high-quality products as the facility is located at MODON in Madinah.

 

The relevant financial impact cannot be currently estimated. Any relevant updates will be announced in due course.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, Obeikan Glass added.
