ProMedEx to debut on Nomu on July 26

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that shares of Professional Medical Expertise Co. (ProMedEx) will start trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on July 26, with the symbol 9574 and ISIN Code SA15RH24LJ13.

 

The stock will trade with daily price and static price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% and +/- 10%, respectively, according to Tadawul website.

 

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited, on July 24, ProMedEx subscribed securities into shareholders' accounts.

 

The company floated 1.05 million shares to qualified investors, representing 30% of its capital reaching SAR 35 million, at SAR 68 per share. The initial public offering (IPO) was 449.27% covered, according to data available with Argaam.
