TADCO unable to disclose H1 2023 results on time

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) said it is unable to disclose its preliminary financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023, within the specified deadline, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

TADCO was unable to obtain the financial statements of its subsidiary, Horizon Food Co., which was listed on Nomu-Parallel Market on March 26, 2023.

 

The procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules, TADCO added.
