Jadwa REIT Saudi appoints appraisers, raises auditor fees

Jadwa Investment Co. announced that the board of directors of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund approved some non-fundamental changes, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The fund appointed Esnad Real Estate and Barcode as the fund’s approved real estate appraisers.

 

Moreover, the fund auditor’s annual remuneration increased by SAR 30,000.

 

The changes will be effective as of Sept. 7, the statement added.
