National Building unable to timely publish H1 2023 results

National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) announced its inability to release H1 2023 financial statements on time, due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

In a Tadawul statement today, Sept. 4, the company attributed this delay to the external auditor's need to address additional requirements for specific financial items. This is to ensure data accuracy and compliance with international financial reporting standards, providing equitable disclosure to all shareholders.

 

The external audit is expected to conclude soon, with the financial statements for the mentioned period set to be published before Sept. 30.

 

The company also indicated that trading suspension procedures for the listed securities will be implemented in accordance with the listing rules approved by the decision of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), as announced on Tadawul website on March 25, 2019.
