Atlas Elevators sets price range for Nomu IPO at SAR 21-23/share

Atlas Elevators General Trading & Contracting Co. set the price range for its initial public offering (IPO) on Nomu-Parallel Market between SAR 21 and SAR 23 per share, Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager, said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The book-building process for qualified investors will run between Sept. 10-14.

 

Last month, the company announced floating 1.2 million shares, or 20% of its post-IPO capital of SAR 60 million (25% of its current capital of SAR 48 million), on Nomu.
