Edaa implements securities quantity increase for AlJazira Takaful

Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Co. on the accounts of eligible shareholders, as of today, Sept. 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

According to Argaam’s data, AlJazira Takaful’s shareholders approved the board recommendation to increase capital by 20% via 1-for-5 bonus share distribution.
