Saudi Top signs SAR 25 mln credit facility with BSF

Nomu-listed Saudi Top for Trading Co. signed a SAR 25 million Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).

 

A promissory note worth SAR 25 million was submitted as a security for the 12-month extended facilities, Saudi Top said in a statement on Tadawul. 

 

The financing will be divided into a SAR 15 million for paying off suppliers’ dues and a SAR 10 million for issuing letters of bank guarantees, the statement added, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
