Almunajem Foods says no agreement reached to buy 51% of Alwashim Poultry

Almunajem Foods Co. announced that the non-binding memorandum of understanding signed with Alwashim Poultry Co. has ended without reaching an agreement, according to a Tadawul statement. 

There are no binding obligations on either side resulting from this decision, the company added. 

Almunajem Foods signed a non-binding MoU to acquire 51% of the Alwashim Poultry on Feb. 27, according to data available with Argaam.
