Sulaiman Al Habib appoints Faisal Al Nassar as CEO

Faisal Al Nassar, CEO of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group's (HMG) board of directors appointed on Oct. 8 Faisal Al Nassar as CEO.

 

Nassar holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and information systems from the College of Industrial Management (CIM) at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Dhahran, HMG said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

He is also a board member and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2011, in addition to a board member of all the group’s subsidiaries.

 

He was a member of the board and executive committee at Roya Investment Co. (formerly ACWA Holding) from 2006 until 2011. He was Senior Manager (Corporate and Investment Banking Group) at Samba Financial Group from 1999 until 2006.

 

Nassar stepped into the role of Acting CEO, starting Nov. 1 last year, after then chief executive Nasser Al Huqbani resigned, Argaam reported.
