Osool & Bakheet to debut on Nomu on Nov. 7

Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. (OBIC) will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Nov. 7, under the symbol 9586 and ISIN code SA15T0MKLP11.

 

Shares will trade with ±30% daily and ±10% static price fluctuation limits, Tadawul said in a statement today, Nov. 5.

 

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing today OBIC’s subscribed securities into the accounts of eligible securities holders.

 

The company offered 1.5 million shares on Nomu. The IPO was 305% oversubscribed with a minimum of 10 shares allocated per subscriber, Argaam reported.
