The Capital Market Authority (CMA) imposed SAR 50,000 on National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) for not disclosing its semi-annual interim financial statements for the period ending on June 30, 2023, within the specified period, according to a statement to Tadawul

In September, the company announced its inability to release H1 2023 financial statements on time, due to unforeseen circumstances, Argaam earlier reported.

NBM’s bottom line dropped 20% year-on-year to SAR 26.2 million in H1 2023.
