Minister of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), Ahmed Al-Rajhi, said Saudi Arabia’s labor market is witnessing very significant changes as it seeks to integrate with the global market as part of Vision 2030.

Al-Rajhi added at the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC) that the labor market is constantly changing and accelerating to provide young people with opportunities for a better future, emphasizing that the Kingdom is eager to collaborate with international partners to address the labor market's pressures and challenges.

The Kingdom, he said, is working with the private sector and entrepreneurs to create jobs for all nationalities in Saudi Arabia, with an emphasis on enhancing their global market performance and helping everyone achieve their ambitions.

Al-Rajhi also stressed the importance of balancing workers' and employers' needs, fostering favorable environments without raising costs, and underlining the significance of government goals, social development standards, and governance.

In addition, he highlighted Saudi Arabia's efforts to understand and implement best labor market practices and legislation to tackle global changes and challenges, noting the opportunity for policy exploration and the sharing of ideas and experiences.
