Al-Modawat shares to debut on Nomu on Feb. 25

Al-Modawat Specialized Medical Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Feb. 25 under the symbol 9594 and ISIN code SA161054LT11.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

 

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing the subscribed shares of Al-Modawat into the accounts of eligible shareholders on Feb. 19.

 

Earlier, the company floated 475,000 shares on Nomu at SAR 111 per share, representing 20% of the post-IPO capital of SAR 23.75 million, or 2.38 million shares. The offering was 135.75% subscribed, according to Argaam's data.
