TAQAT Mineral IPO price set at SAR 18/share on Nomu

Miyar Capital, the financial advisor for TAQAT Mineral Trading Co.’s initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu-Parallel Market, set the offering price at SAR 18 per share.

 

The book-building process for qualified investors will run from March 6 to 13, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Last month, the company announced plans to float 2.44 million shares, constituting 20% and 25% of its post- and pre-IPO capital, respectively, according to data available on Argaam.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, in December 2023, the request of TAQAT Mineral to register and offer shares on Nomu.
