SVCP finalizes SLF stake acquisition in SAR 25M deal

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipe Co. (SVCP) said it is unable to publish its annual financial results for 2023, according to a statement to Taadwul.

 

The company attributed the delay to the external auditors who have not yet finalized auditing the results, said the company, adding that these financials will be disclosed not later than April 29, 2024.
