Almunajem EGM to vote on authorizing board to pay interim dividends for 2024 on May 26

Almunajem Foods Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2024 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis in the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on May 26, according to a statement on Tadawul.

The shareholder will also vote on amending the company’s bylaws, rearranging and renumbering the articles of the bylaws to comply with the amendments, in addition to approving a number of business and contract agreements in which board members have indirect interest.
