Tihama cancels general assembly for lack of purpose

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. canceled its general assembly meeting scheduled at 7:30 pm on Sunday, May 12, 2024, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The meeting was canceled as its purpose was no longer relevant.

 

Tihama had planned the ordinary general assembly to vote on dismissing board members Ibrahim Al-Shabib, Sultan Abdul Azim, and Abdulaziz Al-Suwailem, according to data available with Argaam.

 

The company announced today the resignations of board member Sultan Abdul Azim, chairman Ibrahim Al-Shibib and managing director Abdul Aziz Al-Suwailem, who will continue as CEO.
