MOBILY SIGNS AN AGEEMENT WITH ETIHAD JAWRAA AS A MOBILE VIRTUAL NETWORK OPERATOR

Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) and Etihad Jawraa Telecommunications and Information Technology Company (Etihad Jawraa) entered into Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Agreement, whereby Etihad Jawraa shall use Mobily network infrastructure, to provide mobile services to its retail customers as a mobile virtual network operator, after obtaining the necessary license from the competent authorities.
Mobily considers this Agreement as strategic, complementary step on the local mobile market, to make the best use of the potential opportunities available on the market, especially with a strategic partner to Etihad Jawraa, which enjoys an extensive and successful international experience as one of the largest mobile virtual network operators in the world, known as Lebara.
